DRINKING WATER PURIFICATION AND FILTRATION SYSTEMS

Drinking water treatment systems are intended to be used by purifying surface water, well water and welding water.

  • SAND FILTER SYSTEMS
Sediment and particles in the water lead to pollution and distorted image. It causes blockages in machines and installations. It is not suitable for drinking and using. The elimination of this problem is possible with multi-layered filters. This system is fully automatic, which can remove deposits and particles up to 15 microns of water.

  • CARBON FILTER SYSTEMS
Our activated carbon system which is used to hold organic contaminant and other toxic substances contains detergent, chlorinated compounds, synthetic paints, radioactive substances, THM.

  • SOFTENING SYSTEMS
TCalcium and magnesium ions dissolved in water determine the hardness of water. Hard water causes calcify in machines and heating systems that use water in installations. As a result, the consumption of water, energy and cleaning materials increases. Cleaning is not enough. Heat conduction is prevented. The water smoothing process (retention of calcium and magnesium ions) is done with the ion-changer cationic resin. In case of saturation of the resin, sodium chloride is automatically regenerated and rebecomes for using.

  • REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEMS
This system also removes solid materials, minerals and microorganisms from the environment by 92–98% using membrane that is semi-permeable in high pressure water, providing a drinking water supply. Pharmaceutical industry, hemodialysis centers, labs, washer, chemical processes, from seawater to drinking and using water in places where there is no drinking water, steam facilities, drinking water facilities produce high quality water in this technology.

  • IRON AND MANGANESE TREATMENT SYSTEMS
Iron and manganese which is dissolved in waters causes a yellowish brown haze. If iron and manganese minerals are higher than certain values, the systems (water-operated machines, plumbing etc. ) must be removed from the water to avoid damages. This situation causes undesirable results, especially in the textile, leather, food, paper and plastic industry.

  • ARSENIC TREATMENT SYSTEMS
Arsenic which is a heavy metal and harm to health. This type of pollutant water is treated with both arsenic media and chemical dosing systems to remove the arsenic from the water.

  • HEAVY METAL TREATMENT SYSTEMS
These are filtration systems designed to remove heavy metals from water like Aluminum.

  • - DOSING AND DISINFECTION UNITS
The dosing units are systems which use of any chemical is automatically fullfilled. Disinfecting systems occur in two ways.

The first is provided by the chemical and the second is provided by ultraviolet. Chlorine which is most widely used disinfection is chemical. Chlorine contact with water is necessary to kill germs. The cleaner the water, the less chlorine to spend.

The murky water of disinfection with chlorine is not complete. The water is chlorinated must either be clean, clear water from their own skin or be clear by the actions of gliding and collapsing. U.V disinfection is the displacement of the internal electrons of the atom. When working with water sterilization, water must be quartz. Bad glass keeps these rays. This energy causes destroying the DNA of microorganisms by the helix structure of the chain.
